
Dean Derby
University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, B.A., 1958; Awarded University of Washington "Athlete of the Year" 1957. Dean played professional football with the Pittsburgh Steelers, 1957-1961; Minnesota Vikings 1961-1962; was team captain and defensive signal caller for the Steelers and was "All Pro" 1959. After retiring from professional football Dean has been a respected leader in the business community. He became an innovator in the Performance Measurement and Consulting industry when he founded Standard Valuations, Inc. in 1972.

Arlyn Anderson
St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota, B.A., 1964; The American University, C.L.U. 1978. Arlyn's investment career spans 25 years in management training and consulting. He was co-founder of Securities Training, now Dearborn Financial, which he successfully managed for 20 years. He spent five years as Director of Training for Piper, Jaffray & Hopwood, Inc. and served on the Item Writing Committee and the Policy Advisory Committee of the New York Stock Exchange.

Richard L. "Rich" Elvin
University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, B.A., 1975; University of Minnesota M.B.A., 1977. Rich joined Standard Valuations, Inc. after twenty three years with General Mills. His background includes positions in marketing, sales and logistics for General Mills' domestic and international ventures.

Dr. Paul F. Jessup
Northwestern University, B.S. 1960; Ph.D. 1966; Harvard University, A.M., 1963; University of Oxford, B.A., 1963; M.A., 1983. Paul is a noted scholar in the areas of finance and investments. He serves as the the William Kahlert Chair of Economics at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has served as an economist for the Committee on Banking and Currency, U.S. House of Representatives and as a professor for the School of Management, University of Minnesota. Paul is the author of numerous articles and several books. He is an advisor to Standard Valuations, Inc.

Marjorie Ricci
University of Wisconsin-River Falls, River Falls, Wisconsin, B.S., 1999, School of Business And Economics; emphasis on Business Administration with Music Minor; Attended the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, 1978-1982 with a joint major in music and mathematics. Margie joined Standard Valuations in 1986 after four years of banking experience with Norwest in Edina, Minnesota and First Federal in Hudson, Wisconsin. She has database, spreadsheet and programming expertise in the Performance Measurement-financial field and serves as Production Manager.
